The Bettman Show is getting old

The latest installment of Gary Bettman’s idiocracy is not allowing the Phoenix Coyotes to move to Hamilton, Ontario, and being sold to Jim Balsillie.

It doesn’t take a rocket scientest to figure out that if the Coyotes stay in Phoenix they will continue to lose money. But apparently Bettman has his interests involved in this matter to not allow a move that would help his league out rather than hurt it. But then again it is Bettman, and he is blind to the fact of anything hurting his league.

Allowing two work stoppages were bad enough, but then to allow teams to move from Canada, a place were hockey is religon, and not allow teams to move into Canada is ludacris, and we wonder why the “anti-Canada” reigns over Bettman the way rain stays over the Northwest United States. Once again Bettman allowed these work stoppages, if not created them, because of the number of teams he allowed to expand the league.

He has watered down the sport by expanding to 30 teams, then he made it worse by moving teams away from Minnesota, and Canada, to markets that don’t succeed and continue to lose money.

Gary Bettman has to be the stupidest person in sports right now. My opinion of him might change but only if he allows the Coyotes to move, if not well the Coyotes will be the toilet in which the NHL flushes its money down.
